John Grinder is keen to ensure that his intentions when co-creating the field of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) are maintained and the integrity of NLP is preserved for future NLP generations to be built upon.
The International NLP Trainers certified by ITA have been through several evaluations in the NLP Trainers Training.
The evaluations are a real test of the individual’s competency as an NLP Trainer and NLP Coach. The evaluations include:
• Public Speaking
• Presentations
• Presentation Under Challenging Circumstances
• On the spot demonstration of basic to advanced NLP techniques
• 2 Written Examinations of 3 hours each
Due to the high-level NLP Trainer certification criteria, many individuals across the globe have even failed the evaluation. This includes NLP trainers from other international NLP Training Institutes.
By being a member of International NLP certification body of the ITA (International Trainers Academy), the NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and New Code NLP Practitioner certificate carries the prestigious signatures of:
• John Grinder (co-creator of NLP and New Code NLP)
• Carmen Bostic St Clair (co-developer of New Code NLP)
• Michael Carroll (co-developer of New Code NLP)
Therefore, the NLP certificate you receive has value in every country in the world.
My NLP Training Institute – Transformative NLP International (T-NLP) provides both – NLP as well as New Code NLP Trainings – certified by ITA. Therefore, the NLP certification I provide has value all across the world. Further, the certificate carries the prestigious signature of John Grinder himself.
Importantly, to ensure that the quality of an NLP coach is up to international standards, the participants do not qualify to receive the International NLP Certification just by attending the NLP course.
There are evaluations that the participants of my NLP Training Course have to go through before they receive the International NLP certificate.
This format is applied for all my NLP Trainings – NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and New Code NLP Practitioner.

I have been fortunate to be a mentor in NLP courses facilitated by Dr. John Grinder, Carmen Bostic and Michael Carroll, including NLP Trainers Training. The participants who attended the NLP trainings were from over 30 countries.

I am glad to share that I am the only ITA Certified NLP Trainer in India to provide both NLP Certifications – NLP training as well as New Code NLP Trainings across India.
